== Background ==
Lidera was a Drowned City's Luminary. She used to be so bright in her youth that she put put [[Pheislant]]’s lighthouses to shame.

At the request of other nations, she led the Luminaries to awoke Old Hungry, the largest [[Krakens|Kraken]] in the world, to unleash upon the [[Antinium]] fleet. This act used up the last of her power and she retired. Later, [[Solwes]], a prospective Luminary, asked her to take him away to avoid a similar fate. She did so and had a bounty placed on her by the Drowned Cities for it, which rose every year. She joined the Bloodtear Pirates, who welcomed her where no one else would.
