They eat their flesh and bones, and can eat it from [[Humans]] or [[half-Elves]] or [[Dwarves]] or any other species, but they only need to consume just one person once a month. It is unknown exactly why they have to only sustenance themselves this way but it is believed to have something to do with the nature of people.<ref name=":8.50" />
