The '''Qua-Baleros''' are a mostly-[[Dullahans|Dullahan]] faction and one of the political factions within [[Wistram Academy]].

==Background and Policies==

The faction is hugely political. They act similarly to the [[Libertarians]] with a smaller focus on political reform, and more of a focus on representing their continent of [[Baleros]]. More over, unlike the Libertarians who pretend that their mostly-Human, pro-interference party ''isn’t'' the party of [[Terandria]], the Dullahans don’t bother to hide their biases.<ref name=":8.04 T">[https://wanderinginn.com/2021/01/27/8-04-t/ Chapter 8.04 T]</ref>

Because they have more members abroad, their faction is one of the smallest within Wistram although the one named member revealed so far is an [[Archmage]] of Wistram.<ref name=":8.04 T" />
