She is capable of playing most of Cara's songs on her guitar.<ref name=":0" />

===Volume 7===

Rae is first seen in Volume 7 when the [[Cara O'Sullivan|Singer of Terandria]] performs in the city of Phel's Light. At this time, Rae had only performed 4 times and she is very nervous to be on stage.<ref name=":0" />

She is present when [[Cara O'Sullivan|Cara]] argues with [[Aaron Vanwell|Aaron]] over the phone after her Wistram News performance is canceled. After the segment is recheduled, Rae performs during the broadcast as part of the band. <ref name=":1" /> Rae performs again when Cara puts on a concert to empower [[Ryoka Griffin|Ryoka]] during her bicycling run to deliver an antidote to [[Tyrion Veltras]].<ref>[https://wanderinginn.com/2020/11/18/7-59/ Chapter 7.59]</ref>
