The Seer's natural voice at the conversational level is deafening to hear, which he claims to be from lack of tact. He is courteous and polite, evident by him greeting Foliana despite her previously stabbing him. However, he can be outraged by heinous acts.<ref name=":0" /> 

== Background ==
The Seer of Steel gained his nickname by not taking his head to the battlefield but replacing it with a scrying orb through which he controls his body.
