They swear no allegiance to any specific city, but will protect any settlements within their area, who provide them with artifacts and Signim. Training is intense, and typically nineteen out of twenty recruits will wash out. The leader of the outpost is the Skywatcher. Under them are Sentry Leaders, which have a minimum requirement of Level 30 to have the position, though it is not of sufficient rank to make decisions for a Fraerling city.
