== Appearance ==
The twin moons may appear light blue and pale yellow,<ref>[https://wanderinginn.com/2016/07/30/1-02/ Chapter 1.02]</ref> and at other times they appear pale blue and yellowish-green.<ref>[https://wanderinginn.com/2018/11/03/5-34/ Chapter 5.34]</ref>

They are regularly referred to as ''the twin moons''.

They wax and wane in different intervals,<ref name ="5.35H">[https://wanderinginn.com/2018/11/06/5-35-h/ Chapter 5.35 H]</ref> which are apparently used as a way of timekeeping for Innworlders,<ref>[https://wanderinginn.com/2019/04/13/6-07-d/ Chapter 6.07 D]</ref> and every farmer knows how the Innworld's lunar cycle works. The event that both moons are full simultaneously may happen every odd month or so<ref>{{VERef|5.38}}</ref>. The blue moon seems to take much much longer for its cycle, as "the blue moon" occurs only very rarely.<ref>{{VERef|6.21 D}}</ref>

== Mystical effects ==
Full moons influence the [[Raskghar]]. On average, there are six days and nights each month when they become more intelligent and sapient than during the rest of the time. If not only one moon is full but both of them (which happens more rarely),<ref>[https://wanderinginn.com/2019/07/27/6-34-e/ Chapter 6.34 E]</ref> that effect increases. == Moon Expeditions ==
Historically, [[Elves]] and [[Gnomes]] have walked on the moons.<ref>[https://wanderinginn.com/2017/07/22/2-39/ Chapter 2.39]</ref> The Elves left a Halfling on the green moon, the [[man on the moon]], to enforce the censure of the God War. If someone says too much, the Halfling materialize and will come down to beat or kill the offender. The man on the moon has also encountered visitors, such as [Mages] and a Void Dragon.<ref>{{VERef|10.25 MG}}</ref>
