While some cities have a single Watch Captain, larger cities can support more. For example, the Walled City of [[Pallass]] has three Watch Captains.<ref name=":0">[[Chapter 5.02]]</ref> While Drake Watch Captains often sit on the Council of their respective cities, they secretly circumvent their city council in the interest of maintaining peace.<ref name=":0" />
