==Personality== Ylawes is a textbook [Knight] from a storybook who upholds the ideals of chivalry and honor. Described to be a hero without the class, he and his team travel around Izril slaying monsters and protecting the weak without expectation of reward. Ylawes has a strong sense of moral certainty. He is always driven to always do the right thing even if the odds are against him, seen when defending the city of Esthelm from Goblins and undead, and hunting down Snatcher. He posseses a black-and-white morality and is uncomfortable at the very thought of using underhanded-tactics. Ylawes is the fairest person in Innworld in the literal sense, as evaluated by the Grand Design. Ylawes often takes things at face value and lacks subtlety. This is seen when he and his team traveled to Liscor in search of his sister and bring her home, but was baffled when she refused his help. Ylawes can be oblivious to the point of frustration, seen in his ignorance of Yvlon's temper, or failing to even comprehend the conflict between Ysara and their parents over her sexuality. He's also rather uncomplicated, which is evident by the fact that his class remained in the base class of [Knight] even after Level 30. Similar to Yvlon and possibly Ysara, he also has a repressed temper. He prefers to not publicly display his anger, and it's usually on someone else's behalf. However, it is still considered unusual for him to be even discontent.
