Zalthia is a remorseless war criminal. She talks very little and delights in violence. Zalthia was first mentioned as an unknown mage that Geneva saw attacking the [[Raverian Fighters]].<ref name=":0" /> Soon after, Zalthia along with [[Embrim Thrus|another member]] of Tripartite Law, attacked  the [[Razorshard Armor]] in their fight against the [[Roving Arrow|Roving Arrow Company]].<ref name=":1" />

In Volume 4, her first war crime is the magical equivalent of chemical warfare, inflicting damage on victims' lungs which renders them untreatable with Geneva's resources. Later, she returns to  

destroy Geneva's entire medical operaonti in the dead of nig.n.
