Appearance

As a Drowned woman she has half-Shark^[1] features, and speaks with a bubbling voice.^[2]

Barsoijou was the most powerful witch to walk the sea floor.^[3]

When she was thirteen, she manipulated the moon to bring the tide onto land against Taletevirion's people.^[4]

She officially appeared for the first time in Chapter 8.15, and her name was revealed in Chapter 8.22 HE.
