Kirana is an Earther [House Manager] from India and a member of the United Nations.
Appearance[edit | edit source]
Kirana is a young Indian woman. She prefers to wear the clothing style from her home country, such as a sari, which other people from Talenqual have started copying and wearing.[2]
Personality[edit | edit source]
As the one in charge of making the United Nations headquarters livable, Kirana is a voice of authority, and is the [Manager] of the members as well as cooking and cleaning. While she is considered to be the "nicer one" of the United Nations leaders, Kirana can be stern, scolding others for misbehaving or having poor manners, She once chased away a group of people trying to beat up Luan Khumalo by threatening them with a crossbow.[3] She also has a tendency to boss around the other Indian girls, which Daly Sullivan and Paige theorized to be either because of the caste system in India, her parents being famous, or because she was the one to lead them out of the jungle before the United Nations found them.[4]

She is from Nagpur, India, and was teleported to Baleros, where she and Priya and some more girls were eventually taken in by the United Nations. The men in their group had been executed by Centaurs after the group had been caught stealing,[5] and it was Kirana who led the remaining Indian girls out of the jungle.[6]
Chronology[edit | edit source]
After she was rescued by the United Nations, she took over the duties of Paige as [Cook] and started to keep the United Nation's house in order.[7] She knows how to make toothpaste and turned out to be quite familiar with the 'exotic' dishes of Baleros.[5]
She was eventually persuaded to offer the UN food (which she previously only cooked for the UN members) like a street vendor, in Talenqual[6] She even managed to turn snake meat into a good dish. Other dishes of her include dum aloo,[8] poori[5], dahi kebab[6] and naan bread.[1]
Becoming the person responsible to keep the UN headquarters in order has shaped Kirana into a figure of authority, allowing her to level in a [Manager] class. She translated the diary/journal of the deceased [Explorer] Dev for the the UN group.[1]
