Chapter 1.05 is the 6th chapter of Volume 1.

Erin encounters Acid Flies, Dino Birds and makes pasta and blue fruit juice. Before she can eat her meal, someone knocks on the door.

Erin wakes up in the morning. Two daggers on a table are proof to her she hasn't dreamed yesterday's encounter. Then she notices a bad smell, finds out the dead fish is infested with something and throws up outside of the inn. After that she dumps the fish away from her inn, causing it to explode with some kind of insects.

After Erin recuperated from the shock, she grabbed the cutting board and tried to wash it off in the river. But one of the insects refused to let go, so she tries to flick it away, causing it to explode in a small shower of acid, of which Erin only got a little bit on her arm. On the way back to her inn she flips of a swarm of acid flies around the dead fish.

In an attempt to make some food, Erin lights a fire with flint and steel. The smoke is noticed by the Watch of the nearby city and a patrol is sent out. Erin gets out to collect some water and comes across a Dino Bird and its nest. She gets the water and Dino Bird eggs into her bucket. Upon her return she noticed a small 'Open/Closed' sign next to the door and realizes that English is spoken in this world and that there is at least another written language according to the sign. She changes the sign to 'open'.

After two more trips for water she finally has a clean cauldron. Based on the eggs she found, she decides to make pasta instead of bread. After putting the dough she kneaded into hot water, she decides to make some blue fruit juice, resulting in numerous further water trips.

Finally her meal is done, but before she can eat, someone knocks on her door. Not thinking about it, she opens the door to a giant insect.
