The summary claims the Half-Elves were "mostly saved" upon Wyrmvyr's intervention, and the synopsis doesn't make it clear that "lost behind Galeos" means Watery Roots entire crew and passengers were slaughtered, as far as the story text indicates. One of two ships surviving doesn't equal "mostly saved" in my book, anyway.
