Isceil was a Wistram Mage and friend of Montressa.

Appearance

He had dark black scales with a hint of blue in them.[1]

Personality

At times he could be temperamental as seen with his altercations with Pisces, and other members of the inn. That said he has a soft spot for Scorchlings, and old blood drakes with medical altercations derived from their natures.
