Karsaeu-Dequoa, or Karsy, is a Djinni bound to drive the Unmarked Coach.
Appearance
As a natural shapeshifter, Karsaeu's form changes frequently. She is capable of being any gender of any mortal species.
She has only been shown as a large female human in dark clothes, a scarf, and top-hat. Rain does not soak her as normal.[1]
Personality
Often irritable, she resents her enslavement and will gladly slay over a million people if given the chance.[1]

Possesses significant magical abilities in combat. Capable of advanced shapeshifting. Able to create delicious food that does not trigger allergies, but due to being made of magic, also does not provide real nutrition.[1]
