Oliyaya is a [Witch] who resides in the Unseen Empire.

She has lurid green eyes[1] and wears robes that look like a shadow or piece of dusk, with a skull on one shoulder. Her hat is dark as a shadow, with two eyes stitched from dark purple threads with complex pupils of cloud-grey and rotten acorn brown. The eyes can move. She carries a crooked cane.[2]
