Platinum is a metal used in jewelry and magical Artifacts. It is a little less strong than steel but durable enough to be used in jewelry. It is more common than Mithril but less common than Gold.

Platinum has a white color and almost seems to glow when polished, despite not being an inherently magical metal.

This metal is almost never used in armor besides for ceremonial purposes, as it is very expensive and not very strong. Despite not being in armors it is very commonly used in high grade magic artifacts. These can include rings, amulets, and bracelets. Platinum is similar to a classical wand core in the fact that it works well with, and even improves the mana flow of a artifact. Platinum becomes a very powerful metal when used with enchantments and spells. It can also be used as a conductor for them.[1]
