Port Isle is the name of a port located near a group of islands to the east of Izril.[1]

Port Isle is famous for supplying Fabledust, which affects the people living in the area, like some Dimensional or Translocational Magic. Tyrion remembers seeing an inhabited building appear randomly once, and the inhabitants claimed to be somewhere else for 20 years.[1]
The dust is mined from the islands, and spreads through the air, coating the surfaces of the city. It has a number of properties that change under certain circumstances.
Colors[edit | edit source]
Port Isle is very colorful - "Purple by day, and pink by night. Green come moonlight, brown when rain strikes". The inhabitants of the city can sense danger based on the color.[1]
