[[Tyrion Veltras|Tyrion]] remembers seeing an inhabited building appear randomly once, and the inhabitants claimed to be somewhere else for 20 years.<ref name=":0" /> == Colors == Port Isle is very colorful - "Purple by day, and pink by night. Green come moonlight, brown when rain strikes".
