Appearance

He is a short man with a goatee and faint weathering on his skin. Princess Seraphel at first speculates he is a coastal lord based on his skin tone.

When Princess Seraphel du Marquin attends a ball in Nadel to raise support for The Dawn Concordat's war with Ailendamus, Pulce seeks her out and attempts to subtly feel out her opinions on the war. Seraphel does not recall his name and speculates he is a minor lord. After Prince Ruis and the Lord of the Dance attempt to cut in and get Pulcre's attention she realized he is likely the newly-titled [Spymaster] of Nadel and that is why she does not know his name. Pulcre seems to appreciate Seraphel's honesty and frankness.
