Robb is the leader of the Liscorian chapter of the Brotherhood of Serendipitous Meetings.
Appearance
He has orange hair and clubbed ears, he wears a top hat but is somehow pulled it off with his thick brown woollen coat and brown tweed pants. He still appeared a bit silly, but like a working man with a passion for headwear. There was a bit of silver ribbon tied around the base of the hat.[1]

As the Watch was about to den bust one of their bar from a tip about the stolen gems from the Jeweler's Guild, he tried to reason with Ronss that the likelihood of the gems still being in the city is none. Unwilling to lose face, Ronss orders the capture and interrogation of the Brothers which they retaliate and win in the conflict.[1] When Zevara awoken from the fight, Robb was willing to answer her questions in the goal of maintaining good business with the Antinium, he shows her a little of what the Antinium are producing with their scrolls and who else have been buying them.[2]
