Sitq, or Sitq the Setter, is an old Lizardman and a High-Level [Jeweler].

He’s a Lizardfolk that never wanted to become one of the Naga. He work as a high-level [Jeweler], believed to be at least 40, up to maybe 50.[1]

He was working on a new masterpiece, which he call named the Octoring, which might be relic-class, or at least a top-tier artifact. He made it by taking 8 Magic Pearls, each with a different magical property, and did some magic to them. He had to take the pearls within days of each other because they had to be fresh. When the artifact was almost complete he accidentally broke the last pearl, which was a Purewater Pearl. Now needing another one fast, he said that whoever gets one to him first gets to make the first bid on the relic.
Hearing this both Maelstrom’s Howling and the Iron Vanguard went to the river-city of Ysai, which is known for its cultivated oyster beds, to compete for the Octoring. There after both Great Companies find each a Purewater Pearl to be send to Sitq via Runner delivery, an entertaining race started between the Iron Vanguard's pre-hired Courier, Oredien the Wave Runner, and the Maelstrom’s Howling's new hired City Runner, Luan the Rower, which is broadcasted by Wistram.
In the port-city of Hemglass, Sitq would watch the race broadcast, which had a 20 minutes delay, from his work shop, while having a lot of fun. It was then, 20 minutes before the race ending on the scrying orb, that Luan would came at speed with his scull through the glass window storefront, and somehow stopping into Sitq’s counter, were he gave him the the Purewater Pearl. Despite Luan destroyed the store front and giving him a scare, Sitq with delight told him that he was his new favorite Human and to give him his autograph, thus concluding with the Maelstrom’s Howling victory.[1]
