Volume 10[edit | edit source]
Sorgen awakens in his bed to the sight of an invader in the locked room, it being the Grand Design of Isthekenous who comes to vent to the [Merchant] before revealing to him about the reason it came. Readying to prostate himself to the higher being, the Grand Design clarifies that it does not want nor require his faith like Gods do and explains the relationship between followers and their god. That it comes to interfere in the world to share the knowledge of Faith-based classes becoming more free to all giving him and the others it'll speak to the choice to spread that information or not rather than it just being in the control of the divine. That it chose Sorgen first out of all was for his great faith in the system of skills and levels, as the Grand Design is about to leave Sorgen asks the representation of his faith if there's anything that it wishes for with something new and wonderful being the answer given.[1]

- (To The Grand Design):
- “The voice who speaks my levels and Skills. The voice of all. The voice of levels.”
- “Is that why you weep, Grand Design?”
- “Grand Design? If I may—is there anything you wish for? Not prayer. Equality—I shall spread the word of these classes and let the world and I profit by it how we may. But what do you wish?”
