Chronology

He and two other Drake [Cooks] examined The Wandering Inn after its relocation closer to Liscor in the winter after Erin's arrival. They copied the recipe of Pizza from Erin, shortly after she put the Earthian dish on her menu. Eventually this result in Pizza being a common food in the city, long before the dish started being popular in Pallass.
