Tourvecall, also known as the Kingdom of Incantations, is a kingdom in Terandria

Tourvecall is a small reclusive kingdom. The dense mana in Tourvecall has altered the people. Every inhabitant has innate magical abilities and are able to cast spells, but their skin is unnaturally pale and leaks mana, though the common folk are less affected by it. The nobility of Tourvecall wear ornate helmets and clothes that shows no skin, preventing their mana from leaking. It's customary not to take it off, and they seldom show their faces.[1][2]
