Viceria Strongheart is a [Green Mage], Garia's mother and Wailant's wife.

She has long light brown flowing hair that is tied back in a braid and wears a robe. She is slim and elegant and looks like she is ten years younger than she actually is.[2]

Viceria successfully graduated from Wistram. During her stay, she focused on disciplines involving the growing of plants, which unfortunately were not very well respected at the time.
At some point after she left the isle, Viceria grew interested in the Blood Fields. As a result, She decided to hire an escort and travel to the fields with the intention of studying them. To their misfortune, a group of Carn Wolves attacked them along the way. By the time Wailant arrived Viceria was the only one still alive. He killed two of the wolves before the rest of the pack ran off. He took her to his farm. They got to talking, hit it off, married and than had their daughter, Garia. She found being [Farmer] was far easier than competing at Wistram.
Neither she nor her husband were specialists in the [Farmer] class like the Level 30 [Farmers] who could supply an entire city, but they have skillsets that help a great deal. Most farms need two dozen farmhands, be it for the harvest or guarding the farm, as even a high-level [Farmer] has to be wary of bandits and monsters. Fortunately for the couple they don't have such issues, because Wailant is an apt fighter and Viceria has the spells to grow crops faster than normal.
Between the two of them, they can supply a good deal of produce for Celum. They sell enough to live comfortably on and if necessary they could always hire a few hands to take in the harvest season.[2]

Viceria (and Wailant) accompany Valeterisa, whom she admires according to Wailant to Heiste. On the trip, she keeps Wailant in line and gives Valeterisa advice on how to deal with the problem of her free-form mana attracting monsters. She, like the other mages, shows off her magic abilities to people on the streets by growing plants through the snow. She also gives Valeterisa tipps on how to safely have sex with supernaturally strong warriors.
Finally, she explains that there is a lack of a good magic schooling in Northern Izril and that she thought Valeterisa would be a great teacher of magic.[3]
On Garry's request she helps Farmer Twelve and the other Antinium farming on a hill in the Floodplains around Liscor with planning and creating rice paddys.[4]
