Xavier is living in a city South of Talenqual that is ruled by a centaur. He works out of an office and is briefly seen brokering a deal for a centaur to buy a stake in a mining operation. He considers himself to be the first person to bring real investment to innworld. Xavier is aware of the Golden Triangle scheme and frustrated that it has made people skeptical of other investments.[1]
