Ryoka returns to [[Celum]]'s [[Runner's Guild]]. [[Garia]] introduces her to [[Octavia Cotton]].

== Synopsis ==
Ryoka returns to Celum and is educated by Garia and Fals about [[Runners|[Runners]]'] and [[Couriers|[Courier]]'s] economics, [[Valceif Godfrey|the Courier]] heading south, geography and and artifact economics.

Afterwards, Garia introduces Ryoka and Octavia to each other. Octavia tries to walk all over Ryoka with her saleswomanship, but is thwarted by Ryoka who is not interested in her shifty deals.
