==Personality==
Anti-government and anti-Watch, Tesy is a talented artist who paints artwork that points out the flaws in Drake society. His is quick to anger and is just as fast with insults. He is aggressive against those he considers guilty or complicit in perpetuating injustice and discrimination. His single-minded pursuit of social justice often blinds him to the real-world consequences. In Cellidel, his paintings addressing political corruption and discrimination resulted in large-scale riots and Watch violence against citizens.
