The Thousand Lances are a knight-order from the nation of [[Kaaz]].

== Overview ==
The Thousand Lances is an ancient order,<ref>[https://wanderinginn.com/2022/09/25/9-17-r/ Chapter 9.17 R]</ref> and considered to be the greatest knight-order in the world. As the name implies, there are a thousand members, some of whom who were inducted from other orders like the [[Order of Seasons]], or former Named Adventurers.<ref>[https://wanderinginn.com/2022/09/21/9-16-r/ Chapter 9.16 R]</ref> Most are believed to be above level 40, and it is definetly the case for the top 100 members.<ref name=":0">{{VERef|Patreon Poll - Mini-Chapter}}</ref>

The noble families of Kaaz are responsible for members, ensuring that they want for nothing. Due to how pretigious they are, they don't train [Squires] and at best, a member may mentor an individual. There's an internal ranking in the order.<ref name=":0" />
