The Thousand Lances are a knight-order from the nation of Kaaz.

The Thousand Lances is an ancient order,[1] and considered to be the greatest knight-order in the world. As the name implies, there are a thousand members, some of whom who were inducted from other orders like the Order of Seasons, or former Named Adventurers.[2] Most are believed to be above level 40, and it is definetly the case for the top 100 members.[3] The highest-levelled members are part of the King's personal bodyguards.[4]
The noble families of Kaaz, dubbed the Lords and Ladies of the Lance, are responsible for members, ensuring that they want for nothing. Due to how pretigious they are, they don't train [Squires] and at best, a member may mentor an individual. There's an internal ranking in the order.[3]
