Tulm the Mithril is the second-in-command of the Iron Vanguard, and Niers' former student.

Tulm has dark skin, ash-colored hair and silver eyes. He wears Mithril armor, from which his title is derived from.[1]

Tulm was one of Niers' students. During one of Niers' famous games, he won by setting a city on fire. For this, Niers sent him a message with the answer to his question, but did not invite him to converse as he would've done otherwise.

During a campaign, he grievously injured Perorn Sadiluc, which still prevents her to run as she once did in the present.
