Bowom is a [Doctor] in the Fraerling village of Dretonamis.

He has blue-black hair in a buzz-cut.[1] He has three arms and a beetle's leg, which gives him a lopsided gait. He has a hammer-like chin. He wears a hand-stitched puffy suit to goes up to his hands, and an open kilt for his mismatched legs.[2]

A literal [Mad Doctor], Bowom is unabashedly cheerful on performing experimental procedures on people. He is always promoting the benefits of getting new limbs, and has a propensity for laughing maniacally.[3] His medical ethical standards are far murkier than that of Geneva Scala's or other [Healers], and is willing to " happily put embryonic unborn children or other mammals in jars and see whether or not they survive entry into bags of holding." However, he has admitted to trepidation at the thought of reaching Level 50, not knowing if he would embrace his class or abandon it. He has a kinder side when it comes to the mental health care of his patients, and is far more understanding and professional than he usually is.[4]
