Powers and Abilities[edit | edit source]

Combat:[edit | edit source]

With her current power, Cauwine is stronger and faster than Klbkch's upgraded form. She can strike so hard that she can make his Chitrix blades ring and shake so violently that they will tear up the ground without being wielded, and even a glancing blow feels like a half-Giant's strike.[2]

Manifest Individual:[edit | edit source]

She can manifest the memory of a soul that she's absorbed and use their abilities. They can also split from her to fight individually.[3]

Reality Warping:[edit | edit source]

She is able to cut a sliver out of reality and manipulate it.[2]

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • Her name was revealed in Chapter 8.61.
  • The sleeping demi-goddess in Rhir is her half-sister.[2]

Quotes[edit | edit source]

  • To Ryoka:
    • “We are cold, and came out of the storm to seek shelter. Would you begrudge us the fire, young traveler?”
    • “We have been here all along. Perhaps it is you who never looked.”
    • “Take my hand, then. I see the makings of a warrior on you, traveler. I see bloodshed in your past, and in your future. Take my hand and I will show you what I know of battle and triumph. Of loss and defeat.”
  • (To Kasigna) “You make much of yourself, Kasigna. For one who cannot control what belongs to her.”
  • (To Sprigaena) “This is a true battle. I was born a god, and nothing challenged me, so I despaired. Until I walked among mortals. Until I challenged my own kind.
  • (To Tamaroth) “Look at you, Tamaroth. You are doing the same thing as always. Wasn’t the point of all of this to make something new? To empower and shape mortal lives?”
  • (To Tamaroth and Sprigaena) “Even gods can change. I have always wanted to be more. We must become something else. Or would you come back from an eternity’s death and repeat yourself? Sprigaena…look. Don’t you think this is a better option?”
  • (To Erin) “So you’re the girl who vexes the others so. Tamaroth, Kasigna, and Norechl. You are not enough to eat. You annoy them so. Run away, little ghost. I didn’t come for you.”
  • (To Elucina) “I am Cauwine, the rebel. The Goddess of Last Stands. You are that glorious soul they speak of, Rebel of String. Join me and show me everything you have ever seen or known. Join me—and I will make great war on your enemies.”
