The Daemonbane Tribe is a fairly important Gnoll tribe.

In the past the whole Gnoll tribe had gone to Rhir to battle the Demons, and fought for three generations, before coming back to Izril. For their dedication the Blighted Kingdom awarded them with the Daemonbane title, which they kept as the new name for their tribe.[1]

Like the other Gnoll tribes the Daemonbane Tribe participated in the Meeting of the Tribes. A day after the conspiracy to suppressing the Gnolls natural attempts at magic was revealed and magic was returned to them, the Daemonbane’s Chieftain and a small retinue, went to the Silverfangs’ camp, which they were let through due to their importance, to talk with Krshia and Akrisa Silverfang, on what now they all should do.[1]
