After Saliss caused a massive explosion in his workshop the [Alchemist] was brought to High Command's secret headquarters to be interrogated. Howkless, as his new liaison, was sent in to deal with their loony Named-Rank doing a poor job at it, he threatens to arrest Mirn but gets reminded by Saliss of what will occur if his friend dies due to their actions.[1]
