Merxel was a retired [Spymaster] who gave information to many of the most powerful figures of the world including the Titan of Baleros, Tulm the Mithril, and Queen Yisame.[1]

Appearance

Merxel was slightly paunchy with time, but he had never been the fittest, even as a [Spy]. He was a jovial type, the last person most had suspected of being a [Spy].His manner of dress was akin a Chandrarian [Sultan], as he wanted people to know that he was rich.[1]

Personality

Easygoing with a fondness for the finer wines, Merxel was clever and excellent in researching and finding information. However, he became stressed and nervous under pressure. Merxel preferred to stay neutral over staying neutral to a party.

Background

Merxel, at one point, attended a [Spy]-training school.[2]
