Rhaldon Flemmens is an Earther [Driver] and [Alchemist] who was transported to Izril, working as Termin's apprentice.

Appearance

Rhaldon is dark-skinned, and has amber-brown eyes. He wears a long traveller's cloak and a hat, and carries a cheap sword at his hip.

Personality

Rhaldon is a sensible and intelligent individual with good instincts. While he is reserved most of the time, he has a curious nature, and can be charming when he wants to. Rhaldon is very analytical and inquisitive, and takes copious notes about the new world he is in, as well as observations and details about alchemical ingredients and processes. He takes great pride in his academic background, and has great determination, shown by his resolution to be the first to incorporate chemistry knowledge with alchemy. Additionally, Rhaldon is not deterred by failure, evident by his persistence to concoct a high-level Potion of Warmth, despite numerous failures and setbacks.

As a black person, Rhaldon has a strong stance against racism, which made him predisposed to like Goblins and Antinium due to their reputation as "bad species."

Background

On Earth, Rhaldon attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, majoring in chemistry and minoring in geology. After graduating with a Bachelor's of Science, he started working as a research assistant and taking several post-grad courses in Applied Chemistry while working towards a Master of Science degree.

Rhaldon was at a protest rally when a mass shooter showed up. He was shot in the shoulder before suddenly being teleported from Earth to the west of Invrisil along the Vale Forest He was saved by Termin, a [Wagon Driver] who took the Earther as his apprentice.

Chronology

Rhaldon accompanied Termin as they went to complete Erin's quest to Antherr back to Liscor.
