Rozcal is the Fraerling Tallguard Commander of Reton. He is also a member of the multi-settlement task force of Tallguards tasked to take Jungle Tails to account for holding a Fraerling city hostage, and free them if alive, and to help in halting the the new dangerous Dyed Lands.[1]

He's a huge Fraerling with broad-shouldered figure.[1]

Background
Rozcal is the leader of Tallguard of Reton which protected the Fraerlings that live in the far south of Baleros where it is far hotter and humid.[1]
