Shaerrha Brasswing is the 6th female Drake to be elected the First Gardener of Oteslia in a row. Among her duty to manage the Walled City, she also has to take care of Oteslia's greatest and important secret, by being the foster mother to the Earth Dragon, Cirediel Anvi’dualln Olicuemerdn, one of two Dragons to be in Drakes possessions.

She is the most competent in both administration, diplomacy, managing angry [Druids], spend Oteslia’s limited budget wisely, and so on, for the Walled City that Oteslia could find.
She also one of the few Drakes that never believed strongly in the conflict with the Humans, and peace with them appealed to her, especially with the Antinium threat.
She loves animals, from squirrels climbing the vast trunks of the Heart of Oteslia, to a myriad of birds hunting for seeds and the fish of the lakes, but she hates insects.
She is often stressed out for multiple reasons. But manly because of Cirediel, whose reckless behavior constantly risk to leak his secret Dragon identity. She has to take calming tonic in her diet to manage all the stress.[1]
