Staff of Deliqen

The Staff of Deliqen is a powerful magical artifact currently in possession of Trey Atwood.

Appearance

It is a glowing staff with a bright crystal orb floating above the wood shaft that gives off a glowing aura at night.

Chronology

The nameless [Geomancer] from Germina who accompanied Nune Salismen on the assault on Reim, carried this staff with him, an old artifact from his homeland. He could conjure stone shards ([Stone Darts]?) from the tip of the staff, turn solid earth to sludge within a given radius, and conjure huge rocks to throw at his enemies. During the battle, Trey somehow managed to get the staff off the killed [Mage], and probably bound to the magical object with the blood from his arm.

Trey kept the staff from the [Geomancer]. He used to store the item in his room until the two leading [Mages] of Parasol Stroll started to teach him how to master it along with his other magic lessons. On the carpet ride to A'ctelios Salash, the new Quarass further instructed Trey in the use of the magical artifact. Trey could then conjure a weapon from the tip of the staff out of light such as [Light Arrows] and [Light Spear].

• The staff first appeared in Chapter 4.04 K, but it wasn't until Chapter 7.09 K that the name of the artifact was revealed.
