Teura is a Half-Elf and one of the better mages of Wistram.

Appearance

Teura has bright red hair, sable eyes, and a kind of effortless grace that might be distracting to some.

Background

She has lived for over six decades in Wistram, making her senior to most of its [Mages]. Teura was originally part of Feor's faction, the Centrists, where she had earned the archmage's implicit trust.

Chronology

She attended the Game of Niers Astoragon in Daquin on Baleros as one of the handlers of broad-casting the event per scrying orbs to all of Innworld. At one point in the game, Niers even stood on the half-elf's head.

Upon seeing Eldavin's rise to power, Teura, like many other members of Wistram, switched sides and joined the Terras faction.

Powers and Abilities

As one of Wistram's best [Mages], it is implied that she possesses a relative high level. She is referred to as a "High Mage" but also "First-Mage", though it is unclear whether or not she has the [High Mage] class.
