Tofte is an Earther from Norway that was teleported to Baleros. He is part of the Bushrangers.[1]

Background
He and Siri arrived together at the United Nations headquarters and joined the company sometime after the original Bushrangers had been formed. [1] They had survived the jungles of Baleros using camouflage.[2] Both Siri and Tofte obtained combat classes and fighting experience before joining the United Nations. Geneva "diagnosed Siri and Tofte with a traumatic event in the recent past". [1]
Tofte speaks Swedish.[3]
