Vaunt or the City of Rinds, is a Human city in Izril.

Vaunt is a small city with a few villages.[1] It is famous throughout the continent of Izril for its cheeses. The cities Vaunt and Nonelmar engage in a rivalry.[2] Vaunt is the poorer of the two; it cannot afford to pay its [Soldiers] much.

- Vaunt is known for its many cheeses, priding itself for making the best on the continent of Izril.[3][2]
- Peppermort, spicy and fragrant, is one such cheese that Vaunt is known for.[3]
- Vaunt cheese prices spiked at a high of eight silver pieces in Invrisil right before spring.[3]
- A tradition where those of Vaunt carried cheese into battle had been born of a superstition where a piece of cheese had saved a [Soldier]'s life.[3]
