He originates from the Terandrian nation of Kaliv, but the incident regarding the Griffin Prince gave him reason enough to leave. He then became one of the top [Strategists] of the Forgotten Wing Company.[1]

Niers speaks with Vler about updates regarding the Dyed Lands campaign. After Niers has had a few engagements with the beasts of the Dyed Lands, he strategizes with Vler in Elvallian but the Human [Strategist] worries that they were about to do something dark. Niers confides with him that they weren't going to do anything like that but something a bastard would do.[1]
