Unlike Skills, Weapon Arts are an indication of ability that are earned.[1]

Weapon arts need to be used in combat, at the right time. They need to be setup, unlike Skills, and they’re powerful, but situational. Drathians are reported to be experts in that field, as are [Martial Artists], [Blademasters], [Sword Dancers],[1] and [Spearmasters].
