Chapter 5.19 G is the 21st chapter of Volume 5 and Book 7, The Rains of Liscor. The G stands for Goblins.

Tremborag and Garen Redfang talk about Velan the Kind. Pyrite saves Welca Caveis. Intrigued, Sir Kerrig Louis wants to talk with Pyrite.

Garen Redfang awakes to the Goblin Lord’s calling in his room at the mountain. He prowls the mountain, hearing the remaining male members of the captured gold-ranked adventurers being tortured. At the banquet hall he joins Tremborag at the table, where they discuss the Goblin Lord. Tremborag refuses the Goblin Lord’s call, and tells of his meeting and refusal of Velan the Kind. The two are at an impasse regarding Velan’s keys and what he hid.

Rags and her tribe are being harried at a fighting retreat after scouting, but a sally with Carn Wolves drives the humans off. The Goblin Lord’s army and the Great Chieftain greatly agitated Invrisil’s north leading to all other tribes being hunted and harried everywhere. Rags' tribe is unable to flee south.

After conferring with Pyrite, Rags sends her tribe west and south, much to the consternation of the captured Rose Knights Welca and Kerrig. Rags’ officers discuss her actions and aims. The Flooded Waters tribe enters swampy terrain. A couple goblins, formerly of Tremborag’s tribe, try to attack Welca for nefarious purposes, but Pyrite intervenes and stops them. Welca tries to escape, again, and Kerrig takes an interest in the Goblins. He requests to speak with Pyrite.
