House Shoel is a major judiciary and military household a part of the nobility of Ailendamus. In truth they are the last remnants of the Lucifen and Agelum.
Background
With the Lucifen driven out of every continent except for Terandria and the Agelum residing in Erribathe, the Goblin King Curulac rampaged all over Human continent with the aim to kill the two species. In the aftermath of his hundred days of terror, the remnants of the two races joined forces going to Ailendamus to seek refuge in.
