Merr, also known as Merr the Storm, is a Stitch Woman [Bandit Lady] and the leader of Merr’s Stormbandits, a bandit group before being captured and made into a [Slave].

Appearance[edit | edit source]

She is an older woman with stunning looks,[1] dark hair, and sable eyes, with a faint streak of red from the roots; a natural dye like many had.[2]

Personality[edit | edit source]

Merr has a boisterous and snarky personality. However, she is an effective leader and is able to manage the difficult temperaments of members of a bandit group. While she originally sold [Slaves], her time as a [Slave] has soured her to slavery.

Background[edit | edit source]

She has been levelling as a [Bandit] since she was six. She started off as a [Scrounger], a kid-class, then became a [Bandit], and eventually she become a [Bandit Lady]. Thanks to her [Summon Dust Storm] Skill, which summons a sandstorm, she become known as Merr the Storm, and with her lighting-fast raids of [Storm Bandits] under her, she and her band would come to be known as Merr’s Stormbandits.[3]

She and her band was eventually captured by Nerrhavia’s Fallen. While some of them became gladiators, Merr was sold into slavery.

Quotes[edit | edit source]

  • (To Pisces) “Thanks for killing that bastard.”
  • (To Cawe) “I’m free. No keys? No problem, he’s only got tent pegs on him.”
  • (To the others) “Now there is a sight to end all dark dreams. I will dream of it, I think.”
  • (To Qshom & Eloque) “It’s just a [Bandit] tradition. You put some gold with them in case they need a start wherever they’re going. Not even the worst [Thieves] steal that. It doesn’t…better nothing than Igheriz’s gold.”
  • (To everyone) “See, none of that’s my problem. I’m a [Bandit Lady]. Top dog in any pack. Biggest crab in the bucket! Uh…largest cucumber in the field. I could ride off now and be fine. All I need is a horse and a sword. The rest comes easily.”
  • To Pisces:
    • “You can’t kill horses! If we were all starving, maybe, but horses?”
    • “You know that rabid beast? I thought she was going to eat all of us alive with her teeth!”
  • (To Bearig) “That’s right! Chop, chop! Come on, fat man, I thought you were a [Cook]!
  • (To Pisces) “Not a bad dream, Pisces. Not a bad dream for a [Necromancer]. I thought you were all cynical lots, but I’ve only ever known [Bandits]. Better than any home I’ve known.”
  • (To Pisces) “—Pisces my boy—is that we’re already being hunted. If they want to take us, we should make it as hard as possible. What do you say? Up for a good old-fashioned rampage?”
